Shipping to an Address, which is Different from Your Regular Billing Address:
At Watch Guru, we have a policy of shipping only to your billing address due to the high risk of fraudulent credit card purchases, particularly for luxury items such as jewelry and watches.
However, we understand that sometimes our valued customers may require their purchases to be delivered to an address other than their billing address. In such cases, we ask you to add an "alternate shipping address" to your credit card issuer's file, which is a simple process that usually takes just a few minutes.
To do this, look at the back of your credit card where you'll find the bank's customer service phone number, which is often toll-free. Contact the officer and ask them to add your desired shipping address as an "Alternate Shipping Address" to your file.
This procedure protects both you and Prestige Watch from potential fraud threats. By doing this, we can be sure that the delivery address you requested is genuine, and we can avoid becoming an unwitting part of a fraudulent scheme.
Tax Requirements for Shipments inside NY State:
As a registered resource in NY State, we are required by state law to add regular sales tax to all purchases we ship to any location within NY State.
Shipping to the Continental USA:
Please note that for all packages we ship, a person over 21 years old must receive and confirm delivery with a signature. We follow this rule because of insurance terms.
When signing for your package, please ensure it is intact and shows no signs of tampering or damage.
We typically ship using FedEx courier service, but if you prefer a different shipping company, please let us know.
Our standard terms of service include free FedEx Standard delivery (3-4 business days) for all watch orders. This means we will ship your order for free within 3-4 business days (normally a $13.00 charge).
If you want your order sooner, we offer expedited "Next Business Day" or "2nd Business Day" services at an additional cost.
We often have free shipping promotions, so please contact us or use the promo code.
Orders processed after 3 PM are shipped the following business day.

We insure all orders against damage, theft, or loss for the entire forwarding time. Although FedEx typically doesn't offer insurance for watches priced over $500, we have an agreement with an independent third-party insurance company.
Shipments to Alaska, PR and Hawaii:
We charge a flat fee of $50.00 for all orders addressed to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii. The typical delivery time to these destinations is 2-3 working days.
PO Boxes:
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to FedEx's internal restrictions.
APO/FPB Military Addresses:
We currently deliver to various APO/FPO Military Mail Addresses. Please note that we assume no liability for delivery times. Orders to military addresses are forwarded by the US Mail, and the normal mailing charge is $30, which includes expenses for both mail and insurance for all articles below $5000. If your order exceeds $5000, please contact us for a customized quote.
