At Watch Guru, we pride ourselves in providing high-quality watches to our discerning clientele. While we are not authorized dealers of brand watches, we only source our watches from reliable authorized dealers and sources. We have earned the trust of thousands of clients over the past 18 years by never compromising on quality or integrity.

All watches sold by Watch Guru are guaranteed to have intact serial numbers, ensuring authenticity and originality. Our watches are sourced directly from American and international dealers who offer us discounts on large quantities of goods throughout the year. This means that we are able to pass on these savings to our clients without compromising on quality.

Since we are not an official dealer, the manufacturers do not honor the warranty. However, we offer a warranty that is equivalent to the manufacturer's warranty, which is active for 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, we offer battery replacement and cover manufacturing defects. However, we do not cover damages such as finish scratches, glass, crystals, worn out or torn leather, fabric or rubber straps, wearing a watch under conditions that exceed the manufacturer's limitation of water resistance or any accidental or physical abuse.

If there is a defect with your watch, you can send it back to us within the warranty period. We have qualified watchmakers who can correct simple issues such as battery changes and regulations, and we guarantee water resistance testing after the opening of a watch. If the defect is more serious, we will send the watch back to the manufacturer for repair, which may take 4-8 weeks or longer in some cases.

All costs for shipping and insurance for warranty returns to Watch Guru must be paid by the customer, and the return shipment must be insured and paid in advance. We will cover the shipping expenses for the repaired watch. When returning your watch, please include a RIRN (return item reference number) outside the box, along with your address, contact number, return address, a copy of your invoice, and a letter indicating the problem.

In some cases, we include a stamped warranty card of a dealer with the watch, and we clearly indicate which warranty is provided in the description. If the manufacturer's warranty is included in the box, we provide the original warranty card and guide you through the warranty service process.

Please note that if you purchase a watch with the original manufacturer's warranty, the warranty of Watch Guru will not be in effect.
