Returns and Exchanges

At Watch Guru, we strive to provide our esteemed customers with prompt and impeccable service. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have any concerns about the quality of an item you have recently purchased, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss our terms of return.

Our Return Policy allows for returns within two weeks from the date you received the item in question. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing any watch that you are unsure about. Additionally, when returning the item, we request that you adhere to the following standards:

  1. The item must remain in brand new condition
  2. The watch must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. If you have sized the bracelet by removing links, we cannot accept the item for return.
  3. All package and protective materials, including tapes, plastics, hang tags, accompanying accessories, etc., should remain in place.
  4. The returned item should be accompanied by all manuals originally included in the shipment to you.
  5. All returns are subject to prior confirmation by our representative over the phone at 212-302-8463. Returns shipped without our prior consent will not be accepted.
  6. After your return is confirmed, you will receive a Return Item Ref. No. (RIRN). Please ensure that you ship the item in a way that we receive it within 7 days of the RIRN assignment.
  7. We offer a full refund, subject to shipping costs, obligatory insurance fees, and a standard restocking fee of 2%. 
  1. We will refund you in the same manner that you remitted your payment to us.
  2. Please use a traceable courier service such as USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot accept FedEx courier mails, as they do not insure valuable items priced higher than $500.
  3. Please prepay the courier shipping service and insure the full amount of your refund. We do not accept "Freight Collect" shipping terms, and we cannot accept any responsibility for damages or loss that occur during shipment.

In our opinion, the above requirements are clear, fair, and straightforward. However, if any of them appear inaccessible or unclear, please inform us of your concerns.
